Relative PV Review (Large Transports vs Corvettes)

I think there ought to be a review on relative PV costs between unit categoires cause I noticed awhile ago there is something very SUS when you compare Corvette PV to Large Transport PV.

Lot of Large Transports have PV values more similar to Corvettes ships 5-6 longer than they are let alone far more massive with ton more raw stats... In terms of balance and feasibily this doesnt seem..... right. You ought to be able to build large transports much faster than small capital ships.
