Round 32 of Star Wars Diplomacy takes place just following the events of Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. Feel free to familiarize yourself with the timeline of events leading up to the beginning of our game round, and enjoy the video introduction and story. From this point forward, your actions will define the new story of Star Wars. SWD is focused on ensuring players have the creative space to forge their own path. All of the characters from the sequel trilogy and new canon do not exist, and only on a case-by-case basis will we allow players to utilize existing characters from within the Legends storylines.
  • Battle of Endor
    Day 5, Month 4 - 4 ABY
    Emperor Palpatine dies, the Death Star II is destroyed, and Rebels secure a victory.
  • Galactic Uprisings
    Day 6, Month 4 - 4 ABY
    Uprisings across the galaxy begin as news of the Emperor and Darth Vader's deaths hits. Rebel underground networks begin growing.
  • Battle of Bespin
    Day 12, Month 4 - 4 ABY
    The Rebels seek a quick victory over the Empire at Bespin in order to secure critical Tibanna gas resources. The Rebel fleet overpowers the Empire in a surprise attack and secures the planet.
  • Battle of Rendili
    Day 29, Month 4 - 4 ABY
    The Rebels seek to secure control of shipbuilding capabilities to bolster their fleets. The Empire is ready for them, and after several days of fighting, the Rebels take control of Rendili.
  • Chandrila Summit
    Day 11, Month 5 - 4 ABY
    Rebel leaders meet on Chandrila to discuss the next steps of transitioning into a New Republic. Concerns are raised by many Outer Rim worlds who lack reassurances that a Republic won't succumb to tyranny again in the future.
  • Battle of Kashyyyk
    Day 23, Month 5 - 4 ABY
    The Rebel fleet is caught off guard as they are staging to conduct attacks in the Outer Rim against Imperial controlled sectors. The Empire pins the Rebel fleet against the ropes, but reinforcements continue pouring in to help turn the tide for a Rebel victory.
  • The Imperial Exodus
    Day 2, Month 6 - 4 ABY
    Imperial military and political leaders gather to plan their next moves. Infighting ensues over who maintains control. Large numbers of Imperial military leaders abandons post and takes over a third of the Imperial fleet to regroup to an unknown sector.
  • Battle of Anaxes
    Day 17, Month 6 - 4 ABY
    With the Imperial forces dwindling, the Rebel Alliance seeks a massive victory on the Imperial stronghold of Anaxes. The Rebel Alliance brings multiple fleets and obliterates the Imperial fleet above Anaxes. They are unable to secure the planet, but have dealt a massive loss to the Empire.
  • Unrest on Coruscant
    Day 22, Month 8 - 4 ABY
    Unrest on Coruscant heats up as pro-Rebellion demonstrators demand the government side with the Rebel Alliance in forming a new Republic. Some protests turn violent, with protestor and police casualties in the attempt to supress the riots. The final death tally is in the thousands.
  • Ceasefire on Glee Anselm
    Day 3, Month 10 - 4 ABY
    Imperial and Rebel Alliance leadership met on Glee Anselm to discuss the terms of a ceasefire. After several days of negotiations, the framework of an agreement is struck.
  • Your Story Begins
    Day 1, Month 1 - 5 ABY
    You begin your story, what side will you chose, or will you look for new opportunities and forge new alliances.
