A large freighter could be useful as players try to restore their economies and galactic trade. It's a little outdated, but this could justify giving it to a couple of different worlds. HKD is listed as being headquartered on Nimban (Hutt Space). It could also be given to the Neimoidians as a "legacy" from their Trade Federation days.
